No more chaining Sune and hoping — you recognize, you execute, you move on.
Honest expectations
- Sub-60 seconds within a few weeks of regular practice. Nothing new to learn — recognition speed and pause-free turning are the bottleneck now.
- Sub-30 needs F2L. The first two layers eat most of your solve time, and no last-layer algorithm buys that back.

- F2L: Solve Two Layers at Once — the single biggest unlock, and the one that gets you under 30 seconds.

- Full OLL: 57 Cases by Shape — worth having, never urgent. Learn it last.
How to practice now
- Slow solves. Turn at half speed and never stop moving. Speed is eliminated pauses, not fast fingers.
- Look ahead. During any algorithm you can do without watching — Sune first — keep your eyes hunting for the next case before this one finishes.
- Drill hesitations. Any case that makes you think, set it up and solve it ten times straight. One slow case costs more than ten fast ones save.
